If you believe your item is faulty, please email [email protected] before returning it. We’ll advise you on the most appropriate return method.
Refunds or replacements for faulty goods are available for up to 28 days from delivery, provided the item is returned unused, in a resaleable condition, and ideally in its original packaging with any manuals included.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll assess the reported fault. If the issue is immediately identifiable, we’ll arrange a refund, repair, or replacement within 14 days. If further testing is required — for example, for Speedsuits or Speedpockets — the process may take up to four weeks.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will either:
• Refund the original purchase price, delivery fee, and your return postage;
• Send a replacement and refund the return shipping cost; or
• Repair and return the item to you at no additional charge.
If the issue is found to be due to misuse, wear and tear, or damage after purchase, we’ll contact you with available options. If a repair is possible, we can provide a quote for the service and return the item at your expense.
