When the WorldTour’s best teams came calling for a speedsuit that performs in higher temperatures and longer time trials without compromising speed, we listened. The result is the Hypersonic Light Speedsuit is a lightweight, breathable and aerodynamic garment designed to deliver peak time trial performance when the competition heats up.
The Hypersonic Light is the ideal choice when temperatures rise above 20°C or cooling becomes critical in longer events. Unlike the double layer Hypersonic Speedsuit, which is designed to be paired with the Hypersonic Base Layer for maximum aerodynamic performance the Light is engineered to be worn alone helping regulate core temperature, reduce fatigue and maintain power output in hotter conditions.
Despite its cooling focus it remains exceptionally fast. Superstripe 2 fabric across the arms, shoulders and upper back improves aerodynamics through narrower ridge spacing that helps manage airflow for meaningful watt savings, while the shorts use Nopinz’s proprietary Speedscalez™ fabric with its triangular textured pattern optimised to cut drag. Together these technologies deliver an average aerodynamic saving of 15 watts over the Pro-1 Evo Speedsuit with a maximum saving of 19 watts at 50kph.
Comfort and fit are equally refined. A gender specific Teosport chamois is designed for the time trial position and long efforts while low profile gripper bands at the arms and thighs keep everything perfectly in place. A durable premium zip and the option of the Nopinz Speedpocketâ„¢ add further practical and aerodynamic benefits while the suit meets UCI regulations for materials and design.
The Hypersonic Light Speedsuit is available in seven sizes with both standard and tall fit options for a semi bespoke fit.

Please follow the below steps to complete your made-to-measure order:
- Download the made-to-measure order form (male or female), complete and return it to us by email: [email protected].
- One of our team members will be in touch to let you know that they’ve received your measurements and check any questions.
- Made-to-measure garments will take approximately 35 working days to create and deliver.
F.A.Q:
Q: “What do I do if I have already paid for a made-to-measure suit before?”
A: As long as you have not changed the item or changed size, please select the ‘re-order’ option and your new suit will be made the same as your last.
Q: “I would like to alter my measurements on a previously purchased made-to-measure suit. Do I have to pay again?”
A: If you have changed size, you’ll need a new suit pattern so will need to pay again. Please download the measuring guide and send that to us.
Q: “I would like to order a different skinsuit to the one I had previously. You already have my measurements which I do not want to change. Do I have to pay again?”
A: Â A new suit style requires a new bespoke pattern to be created, so you’ll need to pay the MTM fee again. We can use your old measurements, or you can download the MTM guide and submit them again.
Crash Replacement
If you have a spill and damage your kit, Nopinz offers a discretionary crash replacement discount.
The crash replacement policy covers any Nopinz garment for twelve months. (Proof of purchase and an image of the damaged kit will be required).

If your new Nopinz kit doesn’t fit or isn’t as expected, we offer a no quibble return or exchange policy (Excludes Club/Custom).

Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults in materials or construction under normal use.
Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available at checkout. VAT will be removed at checkout where applicable. If you are ordering from outside the UK or qualify for VAT exemption under current regulations, the correct VAT adjustment will be applied automatically during the payment process.
