When the world’s best teams asked for a speedsuit that could perform in higher temperatures and longer time trials without compromising speed, we listened. The result is the Hypersonic Light, a lightweight, breathable and aerodynamic speedsuit designed to help you stay cool and perform at your best when the competition heats up.
The Hypersonic Light is a fast and versatile mid-range option that is ideal when temperatures rise above 20°C or cooling becomes critical during longer events. Unlike dual-layer systems that use multiple integrated layers or are designed to be worn with a separate base layer the Hypersonic Light uses a single-layer construction and is engineered to be worn alone. This helps regulate core temperature, reduce fatigue and maintain power output in hotter conditions.
Despite its cooling focus it remains exceptionally fast. Superstripe 2 fabric across the arms, shoulders and upper back features narrower ridge spacing to help manage airflow and reduce drag. Diamond Weave fabric through the shorts provides comfort and targeted support where it is needed most. In testing the Hypersonic Light delivered an average aerodynamic saving of 15 watts over the Pro-1 Evo Speedsuit with a maximum saving of 19 watts at 50kph.
Comfort and fit are equally refined. A gender-specific Teosport chamois is designed for the time trial position and longer efforts while low-profile gripper bands at the arms and thighs keep everything securely in place. A durable premium zip and the option of the Nopinz Speedpocket™ provide further practical and aerodynamic benefits. The suit also meets UCI regulations for materials and design.
The Hypersonic Light Speedsuit is available in seven sizes with standard and tall fit options for a semi-bespoke fit.
Please note: The latest Hypersonic Light Speedsuit uses Diamond Weave fabric through the shorts in place of the Speedscalez™ fabric used on earlier versions. The appearance and texture of these panels may therefore differ from a suit purchased previously.

Crash Replacement
If you have a spill and damage your kit, Nopinz offers a discretionary crash replacement discount.
The crash replacement policy covers any Nopinz garment for twelve months. (Proof of purchase and an image of the damaged kit will be required).

If your new Nopinz kit doesn’t fit or isn’t as expected, we offer a no quibble return or exchange policy (Excludes Club/Custom).

We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults in materials or construction under normal use.
