FAQ Made To Measure:
Q: “What do I do if I have already paid for a made-to-measure suit before?”
A: As long as you have not changed the item or changed size, please select the ‘re-order’ option and your new suit will be made the same as your last.
Q: “I would like to alter my measurements on a previously purchased made-to-measure suit. Do I have to pay again?”
A: If you have changed size, you’ll need a new suit pattern so will need to pay again. Please download the measuring guide and send that to us.
Q: “I would like to order a different skinsuit to the one I had previously. You already have my measurements which I do not want to change. Do I have to pay again?”
A: A new suit style requires a new bespoke pattern to be created, so you’ll need to pay the MTM fee again. We can use your old measurements, or you can download the MTM guide and submit them again.
FAQ Bespoke Artwork:
Q: You have my artwork on file from a previous order, I want to make some changes do I have to pay a new design fee?
A: If we have your artwork on file from a previous order and the changes you require are small (ie change of sponsor logo or update of one colour) then you can select the ‘Artwork updates required’ option in the menu. If the changes are not small ie updating several colours and logos or changing the design then you’ll need to select ‘New Bespoke Artwork’. If you are unsure you can always drop us an email via the contact form and we will be happy to help.
Q: You have my artwork on another garment template, do I need to pay to have the design transferred to this item?
A: If we have your artwork on file on another item and you don’t require any changes we can replicate the design for free. In this instance please select the ‘Artwork on File’ option.
Q: What does the ‘New Bespoke artwork’ fee cover?
A: The New Bespoke artwork fee covers the full design process, our designers will contact you to get your brief and then work with you to get your artwork established and ready for manufacture.
Q: What format do you need logos or artwork supplied in?
A: We require high-resolution images of any logos ideally in vector format (ai, eps or high-resolution PDF). If you cant access vector images we can work from high-quality JPEG or PNG but additional fees may apply for converting logos and colour matching.
